I recently checked out Market on 8th and was very happy I did. There’s 12 different restaurants to enjoy along with many different vendors offering brews all the way to plants. They have a little bit of everything to offer here. My friends and I ordered samples from as many places as we could and everything was great. I also enjoyed the DJ they had playing great tunes. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!
The ONLY negative about this place is the parking. Hard to find but worth it. The carnitas as Carnitas Quiroga are very very delicious to say the least. .y mouth was in heaven as soon as I took that first bite. Not to mention the prices are so affordable. Last but definitely not least, the people who work (or own?) this food stall are stellar! That alone would make me come back. So sad I didn't take pictures of the food here! I also tried the Donburi Rice Bowl... My only point of sadness is that I know I'll never find this back home and I'm going to miss this oh so flavorful and tasty food. I love the urban cozy decor. Well worth a visit whether you're a local or a tourist like I was.
Amazing experience! 5/5. The food selection and drink selection is amazing. If everyone is craving something different I would highly recommend this place. Very nice and peaceful place as well, highly recommend to bring your date here. I got the Salmon Poke bowl and Catfish Po’ Boy and both were delicious. Kid friendly and high chairs are available with indoor and outdoor seating.
Really nice little food court! They also have a bar & cute little shop that I didn't get pictures of. Theres plenty of seating to eat & chill, inside & outside with a nice patio like area that has games as well. We tried the fish tacos & seafood baja fest ceviche from Roger's & they were both pretty good!
Ok been wanting to try these smash burgers for a while now. Delicious crispy on the ends and tasty buns. I like the thin cut fry’s with burgers and they have them. Bacon on burger is nice also crispy. Nice courtyard and the guys were friendly and cared about how they make their burgers. Come support the small places they are delicious and also a pleasure to speak the crew manager or owners many times
I hope this place has a great run. Everything was great. I had 0 problems. Great idea whoever came up with this. The Ceviche was gas! And the teriyaki gyozas!! And the burger and mozzarella sticks!!!
The shrimp Alfredo is awesome. Great flavor. Even the pizza has a good flavor
What a fun lively place at Market on 8th. I'm a first-timer, second timer and a third. Every day I was able to choose a different type of food. I started with pasta, followed by smash-burgers and then gorditos. This was not even half of the shops that are there. There was even live music one night. What a treat. If you like the social atmosphere and enjoy good food, this is a spot to go.
I’ve been a fan of this place for a long time. It’s the perfect spot for a get together since it allows Everyone to choose what food they want and not have to worry about splitting a tab. They also serve alcohol here and have a lot of open seating. Parking is trash but you’ll find street parking around the area. Please Go and support all the local businesses here !
I did fell in love with @marketon8thst, I just don’t know how it was my first time to be there. i was so impressed on how many options of cuisines and food they offer, and all of them are super delicious. it is definitely a whole day activity. Spacious, clean and lots to do and eat 😋 Just go there, explore and enjoy all the details, and corners, vibe and the food.
